1. Working days refer to Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
2. Process day exclude date of the order.
3. All process day counted by each product specification and addon finishing process.
4. Start work after file completed checked or confirmation & payment transaction successful before cut-off time. (Except Shopee Pay - will start work after payment received into our bank account)
